Ms. Kinnari is a Program Manager at ICA Institute and a Ph.D. scholar in Political Science at Georgia State University, USA.

Ms. Kinnari holds a Master’s degree from the University of Nottingham, UK, in International Law, Security, and Terrorism and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent, UK. She has conducted extensive research on international security issues and foreign policy issues ranging from Nuclear Weapons Proliferation the Causes (Demand-Side), Nuclear Assistance (Supply Side Proliferation Debates); Understanding US Foreign Policy; Protection of Refugees and Displaced Persons in International Law; Secret Intelligence; International Law on the Use of Force; Popular Culture in Modern Japan and Ethics in International Relations.

Ms. Kinnari also worked in the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, on the 14th Convention of the Indian Diaspora. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri attended the event. Narendra Modi, Late Hon’ble President of India Shri. Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble Prime Minister of Portugal, Hon’ble Vice President of Suriname, and many other foreign and Indian dignitaries. She assisted the Joint Secretary of the Government of India in all aspects of the event. She was a core team member in undertaking Promotion and Publicity regarding the Diaspora Convention & other initiatives aimed at the Overseas Indian Community.
