Russell Sticklor is the Co-Editor of the ICA Institute Newsletter and a Consultant at the Environmental Change and Security Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC. A journalist by trade, Russell has covered energy issues, environmental affairs, and U.S.-Asia relations for the Diplomatic Courier, Outdoor America magazine, New Security Beat, National Public Radio affiliate WABE 90.1 FM (Atlanta, Ga.), and Facts on File News Services, among others. He has also traveled extensively throughout Asia, including a stint in northern India in 2010 to report on water scarcity issues facing South Asia. Russell holds a master’s degree in international affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, with a concentration in Asian Studies.
