Chris is an intellectual property and patent attorney with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. Chris focuses his practice on the acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property (IP) rights in a variety of fields including computer hardware, software and business methods, medical devices, and electromechanical devices. He received a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology; and a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he was an engineer with Babcock & Wilcox. Chris is an active member of the Intellectual Property Owners’ Association, and State Bar of Georgia.
