Prashant volunteers as the Co-Editor of ICA Institute Newsletter; and is a John H. Cowart Scholar for Doctoral Studies in Business at Georgia State University (Atlanta). He has authored book chapters for Thomson West Reuters Press (OH) and ICFAI University Press (India) covering real estate in China and India. He has been published in journals and magazines and has presented his research on several national/international level forums. Prashant's articles in Cityscape Magazine (Dubai) and ChindiaBiz (Atlanta) cover international real estate and business related to emerging markets.
The youngest Product Manager holding a national portfolio with a top-five IT enterprise of India (HCL), he started the first “solutions” product line for the firm. With the Corporate Marketing team of Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai (the largest IT giant of India), Prashant set up and managed a global branding and communications initiative that spread across 3 nations and 75 locations. While working with RealFoundations, Inc. Dallas, Prashant set up the management consulting firm’s perspectives on the Chinese real estate markets. Also, Prashant has been involved with several non-profits including Center of Science and Technology for Rural Development (COSTFORD) and Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH).
Prashant is currently pursuing his Doctoral studies in Business Administration (Real Estate) and Master of Business Administration (Finance) at J. Mack Robinson College of Business- Georgia State University (Atlanta). Earlier, he acquired an MS in Land & Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. He has held student leadership positions and been awarded academic scholarships throughout his studies.
